Hello friends! My name is Jeremy. I am 30 years old and live in California. I currently work two jobs here. I am a writer and work full time in the medical field. I have been a writer for over twenty years of my life. I write poetry, songs, and stories for many people across the country. I write poetry to help me escape when I need to. Writing is something that I have always loved and have always been able to do.

Here is a poem written in response to one of my own called "For The Love Of You, by Finding Fate.

I am yours to have
night after night
to recieve your kiss,
and be held tight

My world is yours
I need your love
you are my angel
sent from above

It's indescribable
the way you make me feel
nothing could ever be
this right or this real

 

Yes, let's join hands
and together we'll fly
to whole new worlds
within the starry sky

 

I'll always be here
your faithful friend
for my love for you
knows no limit, no end

This love we share
blazes my sweet fire
and only your love
can sate my desire

You are my life
I'd walk many miles
to see your sweet
tender smiles

Whatever you need
just make me aware
I have no secrets
; that I need to bare

I love you too
wherever you are
no matter how near
no matter how far

The following story came to me from a friend of mine.

It was an internet forward that really touched me and

I hope that it touches your heart as well!  Take care

Pots~


  An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung
on the ends of a pole which she carried across her neck.

One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was
perfect and always delivered a full portion of water.

At the end of the long walks from the stream to the
house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.

For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman
bringing home only one and a half pots of water.

Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments.

But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own
imperfection, and miserable that it could only do half of
what it had been made to do.

After two years of what it perceived to be bitter
failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream.
'I am ashamed of myself, be cause this crack in my side
causes water to leak out all the way back to your house.'

The old woman smiled, 'Did you notice that there are
flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other
pot's side?'

'That's because I have always known about your flaw, so I
planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every
day while we walk back, you water them.'

'For two years I have been able to pick these
beautiful flowers to decorate the table.

Without you being just the
way you are, there would not be
this beauty to grace the house.'

Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks
and flaws we each have that make our lives together so
very interesting and rewarding.

You've just got to take each person for what they are and
look for the good in them.

SO, to all of my crackpot friends, have a
great day and remember to smell the flowers on your side of the
path!

    December 21, In A moment, Life.  Me only.
  • Migraine

     

     

    My head is pounding uncontrollably

    like a beating drum echoing through the night

    my mind feels like a ticking time bomb

    anxiously waiting for that last second

     

    I toss and turn continuously

    as the throbbing remains constant

    leaving me lost in frustration

    as I try my best to breathe

     

    my tears start to flow

    as the pain enters both of my temples

    jaws ache from the building pressure

    my knees tremble and collapse

     

    the world around me starts to spin

    as I crash and burn into the ground

    I feel the asphalt so fiery hot

    it cuts and scrapes me

     

    my hands find my aching face

    I cover my eyes and try to fall asleep

    trying to rid myself of the excruciating pain

    only to find that I have fallen too far

     

    the surface is unreachable now

    there's no way of escaping this misery
