My favorite poets are Edgar Allan Poe and Lord Byron.

I've been reading and writing for about 12 years, starting when I was about 3.
That was just basic ABC's and stuff, but you know.
I started writing poetry at about 7 years of age.
I prefer rhyming poetry, pieces that speak to the heart and pieces that leave an impact.
I don't like cliche poetry, and I try to make my work as interesting for the reader as possible.
And that's about it.
